Shipping & Returns Policy
Due to delays with postal services, we are experiencing longer than usual delivery timeframes. Please accommodate for these delays accordingly, and check NZ Post's website for the latest updates: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/
Our team will dispatch your order on the same day, Monday to Friday, if placed before 12pm and using the “Payment Express” option at checkout. All orders are sent from our Auckland warehouse location.
If you select Online Bank Transfer as your payment method, it takes approximately 1-2 working days before we receive the payment and can process your order. If you select this option and need your order to be processed earlier, please send a proof of transaction to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders receive a tracking number when dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking information is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
We offer free delivery on all New Zealand orders. Below are the standard delivery times by region:
• North Island (non-rural): 1-2 working days
• South Island (non-rural): 2-3 working days
• Rural Deliveries: additional 2 working days
At this stage we only ship to New Zealand addresses, however we have global distribution partners. If you do not live in New Zealand but wish to purchase Baby Steps® products, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return & refund
We know finding the right solution for your little one is important. Because of this, if your little one is not happy with our products we have a 14-day refund policy for first-time customers.
If you are a repeat customer, we will accept refund and/or exchange of the products only when the cans have not been opened and are in the original condition.
