We offer free delivery on all domestic orders.
• North Island (non-rural): 1-2 working days
• South Island (non-rural): 2-3 working days
• Rural Deliveries: additional 2 working days
At this stage we only ship to New Zealand addresses, however we have global distribution partners. If you do not live in New Zealand but wish to purchase Baby Steps® products, please reach out.

Dispatch

We offer same day dispatch on orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday from our Auckland warehouse.
For this dispatch timeframe, ensure you choose the option “Payment Express” upon checkout.
All orders will receive a unique tracking number upon dispatch, which will be sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
